Why practice yoga with me?
My classes promote joyful movement and mindfulness, allowing you to connect with your body and gain greater self-insight.
In group classes, I offer a wide range of variations to ensure everyone is able to benefit from the session (not just the people who can get their leg behind their head!). In private classes, I tailor the entire experience to your personal needs.
My teaching experience includes working with beginners, people with extremely limited mobility, world-record holding ultra runners, boxers, professional footballers, octogenarians, neurotypical and neurodiverse people (including ADHD and Autism) and pregnant (pre-natal) students.

Hi, I'm Natalia - a qualified yoga teacher serving Surrey and London since 2018. I believe yoga is for everyone, not just ex-dancers and gymnasts (although if you are you are also very welcome at my classes!). Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned practitioner, I'll help you find strength, flexibility and peace through movement.
